“Snacks” is the recurring climax of our staple diet. Snacking mostly involves food that is “tasty” and an adrenaline-booster. This is my personal favourite! Churn and grind the oats lying in the corner of your kitchen shelf to powder. Add some yoghurt, chopped coriander leaves and onions, sugar, salt, chilli powder and give it a good mix till runny in consistency. Brush a negligible amount of oil on the pan and pour the batter in a circular motion. Flip the cheela till it is brown on both sides. Gorge on it with some green chutney or tomato ketchup!!!
